AppointEase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that AppointEase will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our mobile application or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of AppointEase, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
